About the property
The rustic Villa Sany, located in the heart of the Istrian peninsula, is the ideal choice for all those who dream of a relaxing holiday in the middle of nature. The beautiful stone villa has its own well-kept large garden where the youngest guests can play freely while the rest of the family enjoys the sun by the pool.
Next to the pool, which also has a hydromassage area, there is an open-air kitchen where you can prepare delicious traditional meals and dine al fresco while breathing in the scent of the Mediterranean. The villa is decorated with a lot of love. All rooms are located on the first floor. The ground floor is not for rent. Villa Sany has 3 bedrooms, a comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room. In its three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, the villa can accommodate up to 6 people. One of the rooms has access to the terrace with a view of the pool and the entire garden. The villa is air-conditioned, has WiFi and 3 parking spaces.
The beautiful Villa Sany is located in Central Istria, surrounded by beautiful, calming nature. Just a few minutes by car and near the villa you can find Pazin Fort and Pazin Cave where you can try the most famous Croatian zip line. You can also go horseback riding near the villa, but you also have a playground for the youngest guests. Pazin is well connected to many coastal cities such as Poreč and Rovinj on the west coast and Pula on the southern side of the peninsula. In Central Istria, you can visit numerous smaller medieval towns and taste local specialties while observing the rural nature, which is irresistibly reminiscent of Tuscany or Provence. Istria is an area with an exceptional gastronomic offer known for its prosciutto, pork fillet and sausages, which have a special taste and smell, and fresh seafood and fish come from the idyllic archipelago. Central Istria is ideal for driving, cycling and hiking.
Within the facility there is a table for table tennis, children's playground, bicycles, etc., and 100 m from the facility are a park and a bowling alley. There is also a riding school not far from the building.
